This course is the standard entry level for people wishing to establish a career in the retail industry. You will learn how to provide product and service advice in a retail store, sell products and provide service, operate a register/terminal, sell, advise and recommend specialised products, and store, rotate and merchandise stock.
This course is delivered by Central Queensland Institute of TAFE.
Program
The Diploma of Management program is flexible delivery which means a student can start at anytime, study at home and be self paced. Assessments are based back into the organisation so that the student becomes more familiar with their own organisation’s management processes.
Is also flexible delivery however workshops can be arranged if required
Is an online program like our Cert II in Retail, where students can study at their own pace with teacher support. Placement into the Retail industry is required.
Is offered both as a school based program and regular program studied on TAFE campus.
